Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.

Total delivery time:
Estimated delivery time based on customer locations
All destinations: 2-10 business days.

 

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

 

Out Of Stock Items If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will attempt to notify you, then ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock. Order Shipment: We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@prologixautomation.com No Shipping outside the USA. Double-Check Your Address: To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

 

We do not offer international shipping.
